   "How often in life has someone just given you something? I am not talking about that time in high school behind the bleachers with that very promiscuous sophomore. We will save that conversation for another time. What I am talking about is when was the last time someone came up to you and just handed you what you wished you had most. If you have been so fortunate to have lived such a charmed life to this point, well screw you! As for the majority of us the tried and true adage of: 'you get what you put in' applies. Typically, the more effort put forth, the greater your chances of success. Fairly simple mathematics yet for some reason many of us approach things half-heartedly. We don't really mean to, but complacency creeps in as the daily grind begins to scale back ambition as the years pass on by.
